This night is open to ALL women, so please invite your friends, sisters, mothers, daughters, neighbors, co-workers, etc! Don’t let any ladies miss out on this FREE event!
We will make the WOD doable for all with, of course, scaleable options. This will be a great opportunity for those interested in either CrossFit or looking for a new workout program to see what we do and meet our CFE community.
We will have a great time snacking and socializing after the workout! There will also be plenty of time to ask questions about CFE classes and our gym.
