Rich Cabrini is our newest Member of the Week!

Rich, who lives in Leominster, MA, has been doing CrossFit on and off for almost a year. He has great advice for anyone new to CrossFit: “just push through and find some motivation, 90% of the battle is driving to the gym.” So true, Rich, so true.

Rich has dual nationality in both Spain and Brazil. So I bet he’s feeling pretty proud of Rio for hosting the Olympics! Keep up all the fantastic work Rich, and keep motivating others to make it to the gym with your success.

A: When I realized that I could actually do this if I set my mind to it.

A: Deadlift

A: Burpees
